Should you encounter any type of damage upon delivery of your flowers, let us know within a week and we will either send a replacement or issue a credit to your account. Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please be in touch with us as soon as possible and as long as we have not yet shipped the product, we will cancel the order. We cannot refund shipping costs.
NOTE: If you choose the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER option and you are an existing current customer of Roses of Wood - we will ship your order automatically, right away along with an invoice payable Net 30 days, as usual.
If you are NOT a current customer of Roses of Wood, and you choose the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER option - we will NOT ship your order until we have contacted you to register you as a new account. PLEASE be sure to enter your correct phone and/or email contact information so we are able to reach you. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours (usually the same day) to verify your order.
If you choose the Credit Card option for payment - your order will be shipped automatically within 48 hours.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and will be displayed in your shopping cart as you go through the order finalization process.
