If you are NOT a current customer of Roses of Wood, and you choose the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER or CHECK BY MAIL option - we will NOT ship your order until we have contacted you to register you as a new account. PLEASE be sure to enter your correct phone and/or email contact information so we are able to reach you. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours (usually the same day) to verify your order.
If you choose the CREDIT CARD option for payment - your order will be shipped automatically within 48 hours.
